[AASSA] Abstract Submission for AASSA-MAS Regional Workshop : DUE June 1st

We are excited to announce the upcoming event, “Environmental Hazards in Asia,” which will be hosted by the Mongolian Academy of Sciences and the Mount Paektu Research Centre in collaboration with the AASSA. The event is scheduled to take place from August 12th to 15th, 2024, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The workshop will be structured to allow exploration of the underlying physical mechanics of hazards, explore the impacts of historical events across the continent and focus on the possible approaches to minimizing future impacts.
In support of our commitment to fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange, AASSA is pleased to offer funding opportunities to selected applicants from AASSA member countries. We kindly request our esteemed colleagues to verify and write recommendation letters for those applicants who express interest in attending.
