2026 1st Call – Prof. Yoo Hang Kim Young Women Scientists Award – Nomination DEADLINE 25th May 2026

Dear Academies and Society Members of AASSA,

I would like to ask for your cooperation regarding the Call of the Prof. Yoo Hang Kim Young Women Scientists Award – Year 2026.

There are 2 steps for which we need help from you:

1. Disseminate attached updated version of Flyer, Program, and Application Form to the young women scientists’ network*. (Please include yhkawardaassa@gmail.com in the email body as contact point for applicants’ queries.)

* Please disseminate our website(aassa.asia/events/events.php), point of contact (yhkawardaassa@gmail.com), important dates (application deadline 30^th April 2026 for local-level screening of applications), and Academy or Society nomination to AASSA deadline 25^th May 2026 in the email body.

Important Dates
i) Nomination from the local academy/society to AASSA by 25^th May 2026.
ii) Proper receipts and evidence submitted to AASSA Secretariat within one month of the conference.

You can see in the flyer that applicants are asked to send application form and files to the local academy/society.

2. Upon receiving submissions of application form and supporting documents, please screen the documents and recommend one applicant with a letter of nomination to be sent to the AASSA Secretariat (aassa@kast.or.kr) with cc to yhkawardaassa@gmail.com
